Fire is one of those issues that really keeps me awake at night if I let it. I’m always frightened about that spark from an unseen plug socket igniting that little piece of tissue paper that just happens to be in contact with a pool of gasoline/lighter fluid/household chemical. OK so I watch too many movies but you get what I mean.
I’m also someone who likes to go over the issue of fire safety with my children on a regular basis for I remember all too well from school how one kid in my class got burnt playing with fireworks whilst another set fire to his house after falling asleep with a candle by his bed!
As such I’ve put together the following children fire safety infographic to help make my point. Yes it maybe simplistic and yes I’m sure I sound like a broken record for offering such advice but hey ho it makes me feel a little better OK?
